| Lisa Sturz collaborated with the staff and costume shop at Flat Rock Playhouse to create the costumes for Beauty and the Beast. In most instances Lisa created the forms and the costumers covered them with fabric. |

| COGSWORTH This costume has an aluminum understructure and a pendulum that moves. |

| LUMIERE Lisa sculpted the candle headdress and hand held candles. |

| MRS. POTTS The teapot shape is fitted to the actresses body. Real steam is emitted from the spout. |

| CHIP The teacup shape is made out of lightweight foam and is comfortable to wear. |

| CREAM and SUGAR Lisa created patterns which could then be duplicated to create multiple costumes and variations. |

| LA BOUCHE Lisa worked out the mechanical solutions to costumes like 'La Bouche' which needed an inside drawer as well as the outside doors to open and close. The whole costume is on furniture castors so the actress can move easily about the stage |
